Carrie had a very productive Easter this year, finding many eggs of all shapes and colors! Her first egg hunt was at Grandma and Grandpa Gibbs house, and even though we didn't stuff the eggs, she made it fun for us all. The weather was nice and we had much fun! On Sunday, we went to sunrise service at church, then to sunday school, then on to Danville for the annual family reunion. Carrie ate lots of yummy food, then played in the church gym with Grandpa Nunn and all the basketballs, then headed out for another egg hunt. She had some competition this time, and I'm pleased to say she found a total of 40 eggs! She really did a great job. He two favorite eggs were the shiny orange egg and the shiny green egg. She didn't want to let them go! After the egg hunt, we counted our eggs and gathered up our prizes, and decided that all the candy is going to work with either Mom or Dad so we won't eat it at home!
Carrie is doing good otherwise, saying so many new things and getting many new teeth. Coincidence or not, last night, she pointed to her diaper and said, "Peepee." So I'm not sure what brought that on, but we'll have to wait and see. She has a fever tonight, and will probably be going to the doctor tomorrow, because for once, I can't say it's an ear infection! On one hand, that's good news, but on the other, it's not. If it's anything serious, I'll keep you all updated. I suspect it's a cold though, as I have one myself.
Enjoy the pics and take care until next time!
